- Sheppard Software produces and sells educational software to schools, but they have produced many educational games that can be played online. They are especially well-known for their games that teach geography. A list is HERE; for starters, students from the 4th grade through high school will find their "Place the State" game stimulating and challenging because each time the game is played an entirely new sequence of states is generated.
