The Rev. Martha Anne Fairchild writes, "We welcomed Justin Reed home from a 9-month deployment in Iraq on Sunday, December 23. He was one of the first acolytes I worked with when I came to the church in 1995, and he resumed that role briefly to light the 3rd Advent candle for us during the service. The kids made posters and held little flags to welcome him."
